As a survivor of extensive religious trauma and as a deeply spiritual queer person, I used to get into what I now describe as “deconstruction funks” – periods of hopelessness, despair, and anger. I spiraled. I desperately tried to figure out what I do believe while distancing myself from the high control religion that left me wounded and predisposed me to religious abuse. But after finding new ways to connect with my spirit and with divine, I forged my own spiritual path and regained a sense of belonging. Over the past couple of decades, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others heal from spiritual wounds, rebuild their sense of faith or connection to Source, and discover their authentic spiritual path.

My approach is also informed by trauma that many people with evangelical, fundamentalist, and pentecostal backgrounds may have experienced.
What I Offer in Spiritual Coaching:
Individual spiritual coaching provides a space for you to create and grow spirituality on your terms and at your pace. Spiritual coaching is not the same as therapy, and neither is it advice nor spiritual direction. Rather, spiritual coaching empowers and supports you to work toward creating the spiritual life you want.
I offer coaching packages based on individual needs in a variety of options for how structure might work best and be most accessible for you. Rather than a one-size-fits all package, we can talk about your needs and work together on a coaching plan that feels best for you.
My Qualifications:
Over 15 years of helping others in this process both as a coach and a now retired therapist.
Training and credentialing as a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education.
Educated and experienced in psychology, counseling, ministry, coaching, and education.
