Embodied Affirmation School uses eco-spiritual facilitation and guiding, The Work that Reconnects, principles from eco-psychology and forest-bathing/nature therapy to assist people with feeling more connected in these times of loneliness, despair, and confusion.

The work is facilitated by Charity Muse, MS, BCC. You can read more on her integrative approach and what it is like to work with her here: Eco-Spiritual Work

Embodied Affirmation School was founded on the principle of living with more intention for the present and future we want to create. Embodied (to personify) Affirmation (Support, Strong dedication) means living in ways that bring about the world we want to live in. Additionally, it means embodying life affirming ways to live and love the world around us. It also urges us to love and connect with ourselves as part of this natural world. Offerings are available for in person and online.

Join us in creating the world we want to live in.
