About

What I Do

With experience in helping people with spiritual trauma, deconstruction, and reconstruction for over 15 years and my knowledge and experience in LGBTQIA+ inclusion work, I am dedicated to working within the intersection of sexuality/gender and spirituality.

As a creator in music and writing and a worship leader, I focus on love, inclusion, social justice, and waging peace.

As a coach and trainer, I help leaders and helping professionals to become more inclusive and improve their advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. I also help people who are deconstructing faith or who have deconstructed faith to reconstruct and reclaim their spirituality in a way that is congruent with and honoring to who they are.

My Values & Approach

I am proud to have a reputation for bridge building and a welcoming approach to all.

My background as a therapist has equipped me to be an empathic listener who is particularly adept at nuance and understanding. I recognize the complexity of being human and bring a patient and open stance to my work for LGBTQ+ inclusion which invites open dialogue and collaboration.

My highest values are integrity, authenticity, creativity, wisdom, and peacemaking.

I incorporate nature and the idea of traversing terrain together because I believe it is in the wilds of the natural world that we can most fully be ourselves, experience connection, and feel a sense of hope and belonging.
