I’ve been singing since age three, writing songs since age twelve, and playing guitar since age fifteen. I really got started when I was a frequent Coffee House artist in the 1990s at the height of the acoustic music in coffee shops scene. My music has been described as acoustic, folky, and warm with lyrics that hold poetry and deep meaning. I typically write songs about deep love, connection, social justice, nature, and finding meaning.
My song “Just a Dreamer” gained some recognition as a finalist in the Lilith Fair talent contest of 2010 and represented a new chapter for me in songwriting and singing, gaining confidence and bravery in singing about love as a queer woman.
Most recently, I’ve been working on creating music for the progressive church and inclusive spirituality – including rewriting hymns and composing new songs that are inspiring and meet this moment we are in. I am recording these new songs and have a couple available below. I’ll be releasing more as the recordings are done.
My music is available on iTunes, Amazon Music, and more. It’s also available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music for streaming. Check my music out and be sure to follow me on Spotify to stay up to date on the latest music releases!

Broken to Belong
I have written and performed music that appears in my debut novel, Broken to Belong, adding dimension to the main character, Dani, and the heart of the story. These songs explore falling in love, belonging, purpose, and grief. The soundtrack is available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon, and more and is available on a variety of streaming platforms, including Spotify. Visit the Broken to Belong Page or Spotify for a curated list of the original songs as well as songs I mentioned throughout the novel.
